If you want a custom title please post here,there are no prerequisites. However there are some ground rules.

Nothing offensive or provocative.
Must fit on ONE line.
Once you pick a title STICK to it, I will not change the same person's title within any 2 months.
People who request changes in an unreasonable amount of time will have their title reset to default.
Admin staff reserve the right to deny/remove custom titles from people for any reason, including forum warning procedure.
Admin staff have final say on what titles are and are not acceptable.
