Thread for Anime/Manga styled ot just plain wierd pictures, that you dont feel can be included in Iadrangnutter's pic thread. Keep it clean-ish i.e. clean enough please. Ecchi can be ok, if it is in good taste and not perverse.
No Pornography, Full Nudity or Excessive Nakedness or Hentai etc.

These are safetly far from hentai.... google image hentai, these are nowhere near what you'll find.

meh. not a fan of th ewhole mecha musume thing. they never look enough like a vehicle or enough like a girl. just in that scary uncanny valley. make em more mecha or more girl and maybe they'd be less creepy.

yeah. the pure mechanical. i love everythign from panzers to abrams to veritechs, mechwarrior stuff, ATAT's and stuff from star wars, gundam, evangelion was cool with its whole bio robot theme. transformers not a big fan of, oddly enough. just not my kinda stuff. i prefer the "real robot" genre. you know. more like mechwarrior than voltron. though some shows certainly bend the line.
if its over 5 meters tall, eighs a couple tons, carrys a buttload of weaponry, and has articulated arms and legs, i probably like it.
but i ****ing HATE short circuit.

Myself was never a fan of Gundam Wing, even the new ones; I dunno, the animation just looks dodgy. I too am a little 'picky' when it comes to what mecha I like; its like what foods you like & what foods I like, -->
Knightmare Frames, Strikers, LFO's, Tachikoma's, ED209, EVA's, FMP mecha's, Labours, 'Exoframe' systems from 'The Centurions' (& Automail).
Dislike Macross/SSDFM, (don't ask me why, don't know), Gundam Suits, 70's style space mecha humanoids, modern Transformers (they've been 'sold out' by Hasbro; I can remember them the 1st time were 'it'), Z-Lord (I know its 'Z' something).
Mecha doesn't just mean robots, its almost anything that mecha-nical; but it is generalised in Western countries to mean robots.

yes. wing and G and seed all suck terribly. 08th ms team, the original, and stardust memories are where its at!
IGLOO also has its moments. this thread = excuse to pimp my gundam models some more
all three of the models are different scales. all are from the original TV show however. sept the big gm in back, hes a kai version i tink from stardust memories. meh.
all i know is, GM and ZAKU = love. their so simple but so identifiable (unles you have a gouf or something nearby lol)
still need to put decal's on the gundam, it just looks so farkin arrogant!

just finished my lil high grae zaku2. weak lil 10 dollar guy so i had some fun messing with its shield and paintscheme. tried to make it resemble a rusted hunk of ****, wich they usually are
pretty decent i think for 10 bux and two hours.

I appreciate your enthusiasm for mecha fru, but considering how you've been flamed before for owning up to things to much before...
I think you just opened that door again, ripping it from its hinges, thrown it away, chopped it up, built a bonfire with the bits, and BBQ'd any sliver of escape, with added 'Uncle Tex's Volcanic Butt Melting Tai & Jalapeneo Chilli Sauce.

dude. its manga and anime. gunpla is an inexorable part of that. its a near universal pastime for the otaku. its featured prominently in some of the most popular anime and manga like sgt. frog (invader zim but even less competent, he spends much time building gundam models) and genshiken, wich had a whole story arc devoted to it. dont whine
so post some of your drawings? (mine are terrible doodles used to maintain conciousness during my psych class) but at least im showing stuff I made. granted from kits, but i still spent some time and effort on em.

i been usin this baby. its got one of my fav MS plus a cool layering with modern real stuff. good CG is fun. Zeon suits look pretty nifty when chewed up as well.
